Amber Court Lettings accept tenancy applications from those in full-time employment and students - unfortunately we cannot accept DSS applications. When you have viewed a property that you are interested in renting you need to advise Amber Court Lettings as soon as possible. All applicants (aged 18 or over) will need to complete an application form and pay the administration fee as follows: First applicant £240.00 (inc VAT) Further applicants (each) £60.00 (inc VAT) Guarantors (if required) £60.00 (inc VAT) This will hold the property for you whilst references (including a credit check) are undertaken. This typically takes up to 72 hours. We will advise you if a guarantor is required Student properties: £240.00 (inc VAT) per property. |
